If you want the freezer cleaned, it needs to be defrosted before we arrive. If the appliance setup is oversized or the buildup is beyond normal residential upkeep, we will tell you that up front and quote it separately.
You don't need your whole house cleaned. You just need one less thing on your plate.
Maybe you can't swing a full house cleaning right now. That's fine. But the oven you haven't opened in four months, the fridge shelves with mystery stains, the grease building up on your vent hood? That stuff doesn't go away on its own. Starting at $50 a month, someone shows up quarterly and it's handled.
Grease buildup is a fire risk
Cooking grease accumulates on oven interiors, stovetop components, and vent hoods. Left alone long enough, it becomes a real fire hazard. Quarterly cleaning keeps it from getting to that point.
Fridge spills are a food safety issue
Old spills and forgotten residue in a refrigerator aren't just gross. They're a contamination risk for everything else stored in there. Clean shelves and drawers mean safer food storage.
Maintenance is easier than recovery
A quarterly visit keeps appliances in shape before the buildup gets bad. Every visit after the first one is faster because we're maintaining, not digging out from months of neglect.
It just gets done
No buying supplies. No spending a Saturday scrubbing the oven. No putting it off for another month. You pay monthly, we show up quarterly, and it's off your list.

Burnt residue, grease, and the kind of mess that keeps getting worse every time the oven gets used.
Drawer mess, shelf residue, and the buildup that happens when nobody wants to empty it and deal with it.
Get it handled once, or stop thinking about it entirely.
Some people just need a reset. The appliances are overdue and they want them cleaned. Others would rather pay a flat monthly amount and never deal with it again. Both options use the same bundle pricing.
When the appliances are overdue and you want them handled now.
- Flat bundle price, no commitment
- Good for move-ins, seasonal resets, or catching up on months of buildup
- Same professional cleaning whether it's a one-time or the start of quarterly service
When you want it off your plate for good.
- $50, $55, $60, or $70/mo billed monthly depending on the bundle, service delivered every quarter
- Quarterly visits are typically lighter than a neglected first-time reset because we're maintaining, not recovering
- Four visits a year, and you never have to think about it between them
A few details before you book the bundle.
The bundle prices are straightforward, but appliance work still depends on the setup, condition, and what we discuss before service.
Can I book appliance cleaning without a whole-house cleaning?
Yes. Appliance bundles are their own focused service. They are meant for the fridge shelves with mystery stains, the oven you keep avoiding, the microwave splatter, the dishwasher edges, or the vent hood grease that needs dedicated attention.
What does an appliance bundle include?
The included appliances depend on the bundle you choose. Standard service focuses on the selected appliance interiors, removable shelves, drawers, racks, grates, turntables, seals, gaskets, doors, handles, controls, and accessible exterior touch points where they can be cleaned safely.
It does not include repair, disassembly, tool-required filter removal, moving heavy appliances, pest or biological contamination, restoration-level buildup, or tasks outside the approved scope.
How does quarterly appliance service work?
Quarterly appliance service spreads the selected bundle into monthly payments. Each three-month service cycle funds one quarterly appliance-cleaning visit, usually scheduled during the month when the third payment is due.
After the first cycle, the next cycle begins automatically unless you cancel automatic cycle renewal before the next cycle starts. The plan does not renew for another year without your new affirmative enrollment.
What should I do before refrigerator or freezer service?
Refrigerators and freezers need to be ready for the work agreed in your booking. If freezer cleaning is included, you are responsible for defrosting or de-icing it before service unless another written arrangement is approved.
You should also remove anything you already know you want to keep separate, protect, or avoid having handled.
Can the price change after I book?
Standard bundle pricing applies to standard residential appliance setups. Oversized appliances, double ovens, unusual configurations, unsafe conditions, or materially heavier buildup may require revised scope, revised pricing, rescheduling, or a custom quote.
If that happens, the plan is discussed before the work is forced into the wrong category.
