I rent rather than own. Does that change anything?
Nothing changes. Renters book the same services at the same rates. The Peace of Mind clean is a natural fit for move-in cleans, deposit situations, or any time a rental needs a proper reset before or after a tenancy.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many clients provide access ahead of time and are not home. Access instructions, key codes, or lockbox details are confirmed before the visit.
What is the first clean like?
The first clean is more thorough than ongoing recurring visits because it brings the home to a maintenance baseline. That is why the online recurring number is not a first-clean number. If this is your first visit, book Peace of Mind first. After the home is at baseline, recurring visits are built to maintain it.
Can I book monthly service?
Monthly recurring is available, and the online recurring price is shown at the standard monthly recurring rate. Weekly and biweekly recurring service prices are lower because the home usually takes less labor to maintain at a tighter cadence. Many monthly clients find that booking Peace of Mind as needed works just as well.
My home is pretty messy right now. What should I do first?
First, that's okay, and you're not alone. The pricing page works well for standard lived-in spaces. If your home has heavier buildup, extra clutter, or anything that may change the price significantly, schedule a custom consultation instead. We will come take a look and give you an accurate plan and price before we start.
Is clutter cleanup included?
Cleaning and organizing are different types of work, and we keep them separate so each is priced and defined accurately. If items need to be picked up, sorted, or organized before cleaning can begin effectively, that prep work is a separate service quoted on its own. For light everyday clutter, we can usually work around it. We will confirm this when you reach out or during the assessment.
What products do you use?
We use professional-grade products selected for each surface and task, including EPA Safer Choice certified products. Steam cleaning is available for non-chemical sanitization where appropriate. HEPA filtration reduces airborne dust and debris during the clean. For specialty surfaces like stone or leather, appropriate products are used. If you have sensitivities or specific product preferences, mention them when you reach out.
