These are the homeowner-facing service tiers. One is for recurring upkeep. One is for a fuller reset when the home needs more detail before ongoing maintenance or as a standalone one-time clean.
Scheduled maintenance cleaning for homes that are kept up and need regular upkeep. Available on weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring service. First visits usually start with a Peace of Mind reset to establish a baseline.
Full reset cleaning with more detail on surfaces, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas. Used as a first clean, a seasonal reset, or any time the home needs a more thorough pass.
These services are built for property owners, managers, furnished turnovers, and post-construction or remodel jobs. Vacant and furnished turnovers have a stable service lane. Construction cleaning does not, so it is defined per project.
Vacancy cleaning for empty properties. Reachable cobweb removal, accessible empty-room surfaces, light vacuum-and-wipe of empty cabinet or drawer interiors, floor cleaning, and empty closet wipe-down or vacuuming when empty are standard at this tier. Interior appliances remain separate. Photo verification and condition notes are included.
Turnovers between guests in furnished, regularly used properties. Covers accessible furnished surfaces, guest-facing touchpoints, light restocking of client-supplied consumables when staged, and client-supplied bed linen changes when included in the approved scope. No laundry service included.
Post-renovation cleaning for completed work areas where active cutting, sanding, painting, drilling, and trade work are finished. Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Touch-Up work are priced after review based on the project stage and residue left behind.

Construction cleaning scope depends on what work was done, what residue was left behind, and whether the site is fully safe and ready for cleaning. Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Touch-Up work are priced after review rather than listed with standard online pricing.
Utilities must be available, the site must be safe, and active trades must be complete before cleaning can begin. If the job falls outside ordinary post-renovation cleanup, contact us first so we can review it before pricing.
Cabinet and drawer interior vacuuming is included at Move-In / Move-Out as part of the turnover. The number included depends on home size and does not exceed 25 combined cabinet interiors and drawers total. Empty closet interiors may also be included when the closet is empty, safe to enter, and appropriate for the booked turnover. Refrigerator / freezer and oven interiors are separate add-ons, and larger cabinet banks or interior volume may require custom review. For bundle pricing and quarterly upkeep, see Appliance Cleaning.
Standard bathroom and bedroom mirrors are included at all service tiers. Large wall mirror sets, oversized mirrors, and large collections of mounted mirrors are an add-on.
Linen changes are available as an add-on for one-time services. Clients on active recurring service may qualify for one standard linen change per visit where that benefit is part of the approved recurring setup and clean replacement linens are left out before the visit.
Items marked Limited or Accessible are cleaned in reachable areas only. Large furniture, heavy appliances, and items that cannot be safely accessed are not moved. Move-In / Move-Out service on vacant properties allows more complete access as a result of the empty space.
Garage organization is a separate service from residential cleaning. Three service levels are available depending on the condition of the space. All garage services require assessment and are priced by quote.
Space is mostly functional with some items out of place. General sort, organize, and sweep. Items placed into logical groupings.
More significant sorting required. Items need to be categorized, consolidated, and organized into functional zones. Debris cleared and floor swept.
Space is significantly cluttered or in disarray. Full sort, purge coordination, organize, and clean. Requires assessment for accurate scoping and pricing.
Custom consultations are $20 and that fee is credited toward your estimate.
