How room-based cleaning works
You can leave bedrooms off or change which rooms need attention between visits. We discuss your priorities and make recommendations; you decide what to include. We agree on the scope and price before work begins.
The room rates farther down are a reference if you'd like more detail. You don't need measurements or a cleaning plan to contact us.

Construction cleaning is available by estimate only. If a room falls above the listed square-foot range, or the condition is heavier than normal, reach out first so we can review it before giving you a final price.
Base room prices are grouped by standard room size so you can compare the service options quickly.
Base cleaning minimums before eligible recurring discounts: $175 for maintenance; $300 for first-time/deep cleaning; $195 for move-in/move-out cleaning.
Add-ons stay separate from base room pricing and are priced by unit.
Extra-large rooms are priced hourly, with the matching large-room tier used as the starting floor.

Minimums by service
Maintenance recurring home cleaning has a $175 base minimum before eligible recurring discounts. First-time/deep cleaning has a $300 base minimum. Move-in/move-out cleaning starts at $195 and is priced by square footage, condition, and scope. Add-ons are priced separately.
Recurring cadence pricing
Monthly recurring is the standard reference. Weekly and biweekly recurring service prices run 10% lower once the home is already on a maintenance rhythm.

Rooms above the listed size bands, heavy recovery work, blocked access, and unusual conditions may need custom pricing.
